DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

The project is to provide six for rent.

The new buildings are constructed using timber framed construction to obtain a Code 3 level for sustainability, strip foundations, beam and block floors, rendered faced outer cladding with timber windows and external doors, timber pitched roofs clad in natural slate.

Ancillary works include altering the existing highway and forming an new access road, parking area, external services, drainage and site works.

CONSULTANT SERVICES PROVIDED:

The Pre-Contract Services carried out on this project involved the initial budgeting, the preparation of the Employer's Requirements and the reporting and advising on the selection of the tenders received.

The Post-Contract Services being carried out on this project involved the continual cost monitoring and reporting on the project, the agree and certifying of monthly valuations, dealing with Contractual matters, chair monthly meetings and overseeing the works and the agreeing of the final account.
